All prints sold by Zero Point Prints are produced to order and carefully inspected before dispatch.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing any damage or defects
Returns are not normally required. In most cases photographs will be sufficient for us to assess the issue.
Once reviewed, Zero Point Prints may offer a replacement print, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Delivery times can vary, particularly for international orders.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Made-to-Order Products
All prints are produced specifically for each order.
For this reason, returns and cancellations for change of mind may not be accepted once production has begun.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible as materials and printing costs may already have been incurred.
International Orders
For international orders, the resolution offered may vary depending on the destination country, postage costs, and the nature of the issue.
Where appropriate, a refund may be offered instead of a replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
